Values
We run a rich values curriculum, based on the words of Rabbi Hillel.
Ethos
At Wolfson Hillel Jewish Primary School, we recognise that our main aim is to foster within our pupils a love of, and connection to, Judaism. We endeavour to support each child in developing their own Jewish identity throughout their time at Hillel and support that love of Judaism in an environment of respect and inclusion, irrespective of their background, gender, religiosity level and culture.
Vision
To create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment built on trusting relationships between children, staff, parents and the wider community. The school strives to understand each individual and unlock every child’s potential, by delivering an outstanding and ambitious curriculum for all through forward-thinking pedagogical practice, excellent facilities and resources, and creative, passionate staff. Children are taught to be proud of and understand Jewish identity and to support their Jewish spiritual development so that they become well-rounded Jewish British citizens. Children are provided opportunities to shine academically, socially and emotionally so that they leave Wolfson Hillel confident and ready for the next stage of their lives.
