Voluntary Contributions

Enrich your child's Hillel journey

It only takes a few minutes to get set up.

Whether it’s for your first child or a sibling, please complete our short form. You will then be taken to a page where you can choose the level of donation that is right for your family, and see all the ways to donate. You can also scroll down this page to learn more about how your donations enable us to continue our outstanding staffing and provision for the children.

Standard donation

The standard donation is £145 per month, per child. You can set this up in monthly, termly or annual donations.

Enhanced donation

Our enhanced level is £225 per month, per child, for those who wish to further support Hillel.

Bespoke donation

Don’t forget, all donations make a big difference to our school. If you would like to set up any bespoke monthly amount that suits you, please complete the form and you will be able to submit the amount that is right for your family.

You are not legally obliged to make any contribution, and your child will not be treated any differently if you do not contribute. It is important to note that even a small contribution will make a big difference in boosting the provision we offer the children.

Set up your Voluntary Contributions

Boost your donation by 25p for every £1 you donate.

If you tick to add Gift Aid, you agree that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

    Inspire the next generation

Wolfson Hillel is proud to be an Ofsted Outstanding and Pikuach Oustanding school. Parent Voluntary Contributions are regular donations that help fund education and learning opportunities that we simply could not afford with government funding alone.

The largest part of any school budget is spent on staff. Support from Voluntary Contributions means that Wolfson Hillel has generous staffing levels and can afford our three-teacher model, ensuring Maths and English are taught in classes of 20 children. We also have specialist staff to support PE, Music, Maths and Ivrit. This all contributes to our outstanding status.

Voluntary Contributions support our Jewish Studies programme. Jewish Studies is taught as both a separate subject and interwoven throughout the curriculum – and Jewish holidays are celebrated in style throughout the year!

Voluntary Contributions also support many added extras which we could not cover with government funding alone:

      • Investment in the Maths Mastery programme
      • Specialist teaching and intervention activities for all children
      • IT facilities for access across the curriculum in classes
      • Additional support for children with special needs is provided before additional funding is received from the government
      • Generous levels of training and professional development for staff to ensure that the quality of teaching remains outstanding
      • Specialist facilities to support the emotional needs of children through our learning mentor and therapists

Our Hillel families are proud to help shape their children’s school life through their Voluntary Contributions. Our Governors, Senior Leadership Team, Wolfson Hillel Trust trustees and PTA work in harmony to ensure that all funds raised throughout the year are used efficiently to support our wide range of provision and resources.

A reminder that you are not legally obliged to make any contribution, and your child will not be treated any differently if you do not contribute. It is important to note that even a small contribution will make a difference to our school – after submitting our form you will have the option to choose the amount that is right for your family.

Thank you for supporting Wolfson Hillel.
